What is your turn around time?
Every item in our range is made to order in our studio in Brisbane in 3-5 business days. Once your order is produced, we will ship it via the shipping method you selected and send you a tracking link.

We offer both Regular and Express flat rate shipping.
Regular: $10
Express: $15
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Absolutely! Please just key in your address at checkout and it will calculate your shipping rate.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
Due to the fast paced nature of our turn around time, cancellation can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. With this in mind, sometimes an order can go into production the same day it is placed and in this case, cancellation is not possible. We recommend you be really sure on your order before checking out to avoid disapointment.
What if I receive the wrong product?
On the very rare occasion, we might send an incorrect item. If this happens, please do let us know via email straight away so we can get it rectified.

How do I return my product?
Due to the Personalised nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
Wash Instructions?
All our products are suitable for a cold machine wash. We do not recommend the use of tumble dryers.
